About ANTONY

A Lifelong Passion for Dogs

From as early as I can remember, dogs have been a huge part of my life. Growing up, my grandfather had working dogs and security breeds, and I was always fascinated by their intelligence, power, and loyalty. Being around these dogs daily sparked my passion, and as I got older, I knew I wanted to dedicate my life to understanding and training them.

My Journey into Dog Training

For the past 10 years, I have worked with some of the best trainers in the UK, constantly pushing myself to learn and improve. I have had the opportunity to train all types of dogs, from family pets with behavioural issues to highly driven working dogs built for personal protection, security, and competitive sports. I have also travelled to Ireland to run seminars and was among the first in the UK to complete the PSA decoy course.

One of the most rewarding parts of my journey has been transforming dogs that others had given up on. I have worked with dogs that previous trainers said were beyond help – some even recommended to be put down – yet within an hour, I have been able to completely change their behaviour. There is no better feeling than giving a dog a second chance and seeing the relief on an owner’s face when they realise their dog can be saved.

My Approach to Training

What sets me apart is my hands-on approach. I don’t just train dogs – I train people. I believe that for a dog to be truly successful, the owner needs the right skill set, confidence, and understanding. That is why I focus on teaching you how to handle and communicate with your dog effectively. Instead of just telling you what to do, I show you in real-time, making sure you understand exactly where things are going right – or wrong.

I also keep training simple. There is no overcomplicated jargon or unnecessary steps – just clear, balanced, and effective techniques that work for both you and your dog. My goal is always to solve your problems as quickly and efficiently as possible, without dragging things out for the sake of extra lessons.

Why I Do This

For me, dog training isn’t just a job – it’s a mission. I love knowing that I am helping families live more peacefully with their dogs and, more importantly, saving dogs’ lives. Too many dogs are written off as “dangerous” or “untrainable” when really, they just need the right guidance.

If you are struggling with your dog – whether it is aggression, obedience, or specialised training for protection and sports – I am here to help. Let’s work together to bring out the best in your dog and give you the skills to be a better handler.

Looking forward to working with you.
